What if I am not in network with your insurance but still want to work with you?

Yes! Fit is so important and someone who is specialized in your concerns. Here are your options you can call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask for your out of network coverage, that will let you know how much they can cover for our sessions. I also can send a Superbill at the end of the month, which you send to your insurance for reimbursement, again some insurance companies will reimburse you for a portion of the session. My out of pocket rates are $240 for the initial assessment session and $200 for the remaining visits.

The first step is to complete the form in the contact page or any page where it says book consultation. Then we will get back to you in 24-48 hours, to set up a phone consultation where we discuss your presenting concerns and answer any questions you may have.
