Life experiences, trauma, societal conditioning, or our upbringing can impact our ability to trust our bodies wisdom. Our mission is to help you reconnect. You struggle with anxiety
You experience frequent bouts of burnout
You find yourself ruminating and overthinking during or after social gatherings
You don’t feel good enough even if on paper you seem successful
You experienced trauma in childhood or adulthood
You distract yourself often with binge eating, scrolling through IG to avoid being with unpleasant thoughts or physical sensations
You find it difficult to communicate your needs and navigate healthy disagreements
You identify as a people pleaser
You identify as a perfectionist
You struggle with body image or even being fully connected to your body
